What we learned when we got NAKED

A 4 minute read: pause, scroll and rekindle your fire

Over the last 6 months we’ve been getting (figuratively!) NAKED with the entrepreneurial community. In June 2020, we, The Future Farm, launched the NAKED podcast. This is the beginning of our contribution to opening up the debate on emotional, mental, and psychological wellbeing of entrepreneurs.

In this article we’ve pulled together the key takeaway from each entrepreneur who joined us, along with our top resource from each episode, allowing you to deeper dive in to the topic!

Each episode delves into a different narrative, unpacks a distinct obstacle our entrepreneurial community faces, every story as unique as the entrepreneurs who lived it. What stayed with us long after each episode was the sheer honesty and rawness that each of our incredible guests gave in the retelling of their experiences:

I didn’t realise we would get into conversations with people where I would literally have goosebumps... where I felt this weird mix of ‘oh my god, is this person really going there, are they really sharing this with us?’ …but also feeling this extreme sense of gratitude that people are comfortable opening up with us...
— Nektarios Liolios, Founder and Ecosystem
It was the stuff that we usually don’t talk about over coffee, and usually we keep to ourselves, and sometimes we don’t even say to ourselves. So that was certainly a huge surprise and I’m really grateful; it was a humbling experience for me...
— Vladimira Mesko Briestenska, Founder and CEO

And what stayed consistent with each leader, is that resilience - in whatever form that takes for them - is everything.
